Promotional Material

I am very happy to announce that promotional material for Speirs Art is in the works. A truly adoreable friend of mine, Kiks, has agreed to provide her incredible graphic artist skills. I am anticipating this happening before the fall.

In other news, I am moving to a new apartment! This new place has a fabulous and large room available for an art studio. I cannot wait to fill it with a giant work bench, shelves, easles and chalkboard paint. My partner, Scott and I have decided that we will not be requiring cable tv, as it serves as a distraction to all the potential we can achieve. Therefore I could not be more thrilled to see what kind of creativity can be nurtured at this new place!



My next piece, which I am going to start working asap, is going to resemble an antique crazy quilt.

I cant wait to get started! I will be visiting the local fabric store this afternoon to see what kind of scraps I can locate.
I went antique-ing this past sunday and found an adoreable black and white victorian shot of two children, I plan to incorporate this somehow in the piece.
